Our Character Academy
The Character Academy sits at the heart of our Personal Development Programme, enriching the lives of students across all schools within Four Stones Gateway Trust. It offers meaningful experiences that help our young people grow into confident, curious and engaged individuals.
Through a vibrant mix of after-school clubs and in-school enrichment activities, students explore the arts, music, sports, topical issues and cultural experiences that ignite passions, broaden horizons and nurture emerging talents.
We are proud to collaborate with employers to provide students and their families with up-to-date career insights and employment opportunities, ensuring they are well-prepared for life beyond the classroom.
Across the Trust, schools share best practice and coordinate opportunities to maximise impact. Staff play an active role in delivering Character Academy experiences – whether during lessons, lunchtimes, after school or through off-site activities – ensuring every student benefits.
Rooted in our Trust values of Ambition, Commitment, Creativity, and Integrity, the Character Academy empowers students to live out these principles and develop into well-rounded, socially responsible individuals.
